This is a "one stop shop" event to learn about study abroad opportunities. There will be booths staffed with individuals to answer questions about credit transfer, health concerns, international travel and to take passport photos. Representatives from the Black Hawk County Recorders Office will be there to assist in renewing or applying for a new passport. Attendees will have a chance to win $500, $750 or $1,000 scholarships for a study abroad experience. Admission is free and open to the public.

Conductors Danny Galyen and Rebecca Burkhardt and opera director Mitra Sadeghpour will collaborate to prepare the Wind Ensemble, Northern Iowa Symphony Orchestra and UNI Opera for a thrilling performance with and for visiting artist Michael Daugherty. The performance will include works by Daugherty and will be the grand finale of the 2017-18 Spotlight Series. This event is ticketed.
