Civility in today's workplace

Human Resource Services will host a discussion exploring the causes of incivility at work and provide skills as well as tools useful in improving communication. In today's workplace, one can observe a continuum of behaviors and actions that include rude and discourteous behavior and electronic incivility. Information will be included on how to encourage participants to model respectful behavior in their organization. Registration is required.
