Public Lecture on Climate Change and China in the Arctic

Xia Liping, dean and professor of the Institute of International and Public Affairs, Tongji University, China, will present "Climate Change and China's Strategic Interests in the Arctic." The lecture is co-hosted by the ARCTICenter, the Department of Geography and the Department of Political Science.
